FAMILY LIFE
Plan a calmer first week of learning at home
A practical routine starts small and leaves space to adjust.
Set up one dependable place
Choose a comfortable working spot with the materials your child needs. Agree where completed work goes and how your child will ask for help. Keep the initial setup simple enough to repeat.
Build around short, clear goals
List what needs to happen each day and include breaks, outdoor time and activities away from the screen. Follow the provider’s timetable where required, then fit independent work around it.
Review together
At the end of the week, ask what felt clear, what was difficult and when energy dipped. Look at completed work together. Adjust the next week and contact the provider about recurring difficulties.
