FEES & PLANNING
What does an online school really cost?
Compare the whole package, not just the number beside “from”.
Define the same package
Choose the same age, subjects and teaching support before comparing quotes. Keep currencies separate unless you explicitly calculate an exchange rate. A course bundle and a full timetable may buy very different things.
Make a list of extra costs
Ask each provider about registration, deposits, books, equipment, exam entry, exam centres and any location-specific taxes. Check which extras are compulsory and which are optional.
Read the commitment
Monthly payments may still form part of an annual contract. Ask for cancellation terms, notice periods, refund rules and the total payable in writing. Keep the school’s dated quote alongside your comparison.
